so this week has been a nightmare, and it seems to be showing up on the scales. I have developed a wisdom tooth infection and am right in the middle of second year uni exams. And I have gained 2 pounds. I haven't been eating anything different (wisdom tooth infection is making it hard to eat normally) but have only been able to workout twice. Could the weight gain be related to my infection??????

I'm not a doctor, or any sort of guru, but m guessing that with your name Chloe, you are female! It might be the case that you have, or are about to, menstruate. This will put weight on temporaily due to water retention. It is unlikely that an infected tooth will make you put weight on. All that being sadid, dont worry, its not the end of the world and so what if youve put 2 pounds on. You'll feel the benefit when the 2 pounds comes off. You dont have to work out, just go for a brisk walk for 30 mins will do you the world of good. Kepp it up and keep smiling!

how has your water intake been? i understand that drinking cold water might be pretty painful for you, so if your not drinking enough i expect the weight could be water retention.
also 2nd year exams - that's what i'm stuck in the middle of right now so i feel atleast some of your pain!
feel free to add me if you'd like more support :)
