I joined here to be closer to my sister, and to work with her to get back into my size 9 clothes...currently a 12. I used to wear a 22 so I am quite elated as to the progress I have made. Getting fat was so easy...fun...delicious...however it came with a cost...My Health!

Anyway, I turn 50 in a few months and wanted to be the woman I was when I was 25. So here I am doing the best I can, and getting the support needed to feel good and take back my healthy life...I once embraced!
