How much more weight am I going to have to gain before I FIN

The answer is none. I refuse to let myself gain another pound. I was 117 pounds 5 years ago when I met my ex husband. I gained 40 pounds in the first year and a half. now, I am now more than 75 pounds higher and I need to do something about it. I have been telling myself that "I will get around to dieting once ____ is over". ( ___ referring to the scapegoat of the month), and next thing I know, I have gained 5 pounds. This cannot go on any longer. I need to get on control of my body and start feeling better about myself.

    Hi Whitney, I'm Philippa (or Pip!) I'm 5'9, and 24yrs, and at my very heaviest I was nearly 16 st (220lbs ish) I was about 14 st (196lbs) when I first started here, and I had 56lbs to loose to get to my goal. I'm noww at 184lbs (12 down) and still going strong! Good Luck!
