Nik+=iPod or Nike Sport band?

I am debating between the two, Nike + iPod or the Nike Sport band. I only have an iPod Nano 3rd gen, but the Nike+ looks like what I want and is less money than the Sport Band.
Anyone here have either? How do you like it? Thanks.

i use nike + and ipod (touch) works a dream and would not change it for the world !

I had the sportband with the trainer sensor and it was quite fiddly to use. Only used it about 5 times then gave it to my daughter - who says it's too much hasstle to use. Now I have the Nike app on my iphone and it is brilliant, easy to use and you can listen to your music at the same time.

I use it with my iPhone, and have no complaints at all. It's very good.
