Hi, my name is Cyndi and I am from Washington. I am still trying to figure out how to work this site. I am not the most computer savvy, but I am learning quickly. I just started watching my calories and didn’t realize how quickly things add up. I also need to learn how to eat healthier with more small meals a day. I use to only eat one real big meal a day, so eating more is just weird for me. Please add me to a friend’s list. I have not figured out yet how to add anyone at this time, but I will…lol

Hello! It gets easier to navigate the site as you go along. The calories can add up very fast! I also used to eat only once a day & sometimes still do :ohwell: It does get easier to spread it out, it just takes some time to get used to.
