A poem for my MFP family!

I woke up this mornin'
thinking oh I am so fat
and a voice inside my head
said "honey dont say that"

get on the treadmill now
pick up those weights and work
dont listen to that devil
you know he's just a jerk

so i went and worked real hard
and again looked in the mirror
lo and behold what I saw
was the old me getting nearer

so all my MFP pals
remember this little ditty
when you cannot move a nother step
and you are feeling oh so ****ty

You can do it now
you will not do it later
you are so beautiful and worth it
the devil's just a hater!

thanks I think I better clean my house or something....I seem to have an awful lot of time on my hands!!:laugh:

You can come clean mine with me. I'm under house arrest.......hahaha, I mean I'm waiting for the cable guy to get here....it just feels like I'm on house arrest. Why can't they say when they'll be here instead of saying "We'll be there between 8-6"???:grumble:
