I do all the cooking, but I love to cook! I just have to make sure what I'm cooking doesn't "taste healthy", in my boyfriends words, and I've become very good at it. With the help of a few cook books, some good internet sites, and my knowlegde on how to make things low calorie, lower fat, and over all more healthy I have become pretty good at making tasty healthy dishes.

I am very good cook but unfortunately bone idle so my wife does most of the cooking and baking (although she loves it when I cook.)

When it comes to a BBQ though it's all me. Meat, fire, ugggg me man.

I can honestly say that, outside of a Michelin starred restaurant, there is nothing served in a restaurant that between the two of us we couldn't cook better at home. I think that our home cooking skills coupled with good, fresh ingredients is a KEY factor in keeping our weight regulated.

HAHAHAHA!~ I love this one! My husband won't cook anything that can't go in a toaster.

I love cooking and do so frequently, but my husband cooks dinner quite often too. He's on the fitness journey with me, so no matter which one of us cooks, we both know exactly what we're eating.

He used to do more, but, since I started watching what i ate he has become reluctant to cook unless I give him the recipe because he is afraid to make something wrong. I have loosened up and he has started cooking more. I just eat a smaller portion and more water with dinner. I'll put in a salad for me as well.
