Does anyone make their own frozen yogurt pops?

I am seriously addicted to those yogurt squeezers which I put in the freezer. I only eat the organic ones, but I know they still have a lot of sugar and are starting to get rather expensive---so does anyone make their own and if so, how do you do it?

I'd like to know that, too. I need a frozen yogurt that is sugar free and I haven't found anything in the supermarket.

Maybe I'll experiment today and see if I can come up with anything "edible." :ohwell:

I found this recipe when my children were toddlers - I use two cups of plain yogourt and freeze it for an hour (longer than that and the yogourt is too hard to handle). After an hour, I put the partially frozen yogourt into a food processor with a can of concentrated juice (your choice to change up the flavors and sugar content); blend the two together, pour into popsicles molds and freeze until solid. Enjoy!

That sounds good. Instead of juice concentrate, I suppose you could use partially frozen strawberries that have been pureed. That would cut the sugar down to almost nothing. I'd add 3 Splendas too. I'll have to try this.
