I bought 2 cartons of All Whites and I'm afraid I won't get through both of them. Anyone know if you can freeze them?

Yep you can freeze them... you can even freeze in smaller containers if you want or even in an ice cube tray and just take out what you want at a time. Obviously if you use an ice cube tray, once they are frozen, put the cubes in an airtight container. Hope this helps.

I use all whites, too. It says you can freeze them, but I've never tried it. Guess you'll have to try creative uses for them. Yesterday I tried the protein smoothie on the carton--was a little squeamish at first. Could not even taste them in my banana choco smoothie--so good!

The egg ice cube idea sounds interesting!
I'm not sure I would be brave enough to have eggs in a smoothie.... did it have a weird texture like slimey eggs?

    Thanks everyone for your answers!

Well some people use egg whites in a smoothie, raw even! I was suggesting it as a way of storing it in a smaller portion size so that you wouldn't have to thaw the entire container at once. This is how I froze my homemade baby food ;) Then you just take out a cube or two at a time.
