I am experimenting with sprouts . . .so far I have sprouted wheat berries, they are yummy. Up next, navy beans. I am not a huge lentil fan, but I am trying to become one. Does anyone have any input on good recipes or nutritional benefits of different sprouts?

    I have read that broccolli sprouts are even more nutrient dense than broccolli, I used to love to sprouts in sandwichs, don't see them in the stores like I used to.

    I am experimenting with sprouting my own. It is fun and a great little science experiment for the kids!

    I put bean sprouts in my wraps, sandwiches, salads & stir-fry's, I live them, ny only complaint is that they perish too easily!!
    I like alfalfa sprouts in sandwiches & wraps.
    Also, alfalfa on toasts with mustard & cheese melted on top.... I know, it probably sounds gross to you, ha ha... Something my mom gas eaten since I was a child... Lol
