Look for non fried options! Maybe a chicken breast....or a salad w/ low calorie dressing, go for lots of veggies and don't waste calories on drinks....that's what I do.0

You can order just about anywhere and stay within you calories if you speak up. Dont be afraid to ask questions....ask for no salt or no oil. I was a server and that this their job.
Fish is always good, as is chicken but beware of sauces.
I like to go to applebees because the have a kick a** light menu.
Have a great night!0 -
Restuarants like Kelsey's, Montana's, etc usually have nutrition guides that they will give you if you request it. Then you can see exactly which entrees have the amount of calories you can afford on a meal. Fast food chains have this info on their websites.
In general, stay away from sauces, gravies, creamy dressings and pops/juice. drink water and you don't need to dip!
Fish is usually the lowest cal option on a menu besides grilled chicken. And just because its a salad doesn't mean its low cal. You'd be surprised.0 -
If you go to taco bell, get the hard shell taco fresco style, only 150 cals each. The taco at jack in the box is about the same.0
