Help me decide on breakfast!

Post Turbo-Jam workout (going to the gym later too), should I have:

a) 1 egg and 2 egg whites, scrambled with feta and an orange, or
b) Mesa Sunrise (high fibre) cereal with Benefibre and almond milk

What do you think?

    Do the more protein based option... That's my vote for today!

    I agree with everyone else - the eggs.

    You have 30 minutes post muscle workout to get in as much protein as you can. Go protein right after a workout and carbs later in the day (I eat mine at bedtime, but I'm a runner).
