Just wondering what you are taking, what is it for (ex: lose fat, gain muscle….) and how is it working for you.

    My doctor recommended L-Carnitine and CLA, I've been taking them for a month so far but I havent noticed any difference yet.

    Whey protein because I'm veg, and it's a challenge to get all of my protein every day. I also take a multi-vitamin.

    Natures Alive multi vitamin
    Caltrate calcium +D
    Not sure if you would consider supplement but I also take in at least 1 tbs of Flaxseed
  • Calcium, Iron, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12.

    ETA: Oops, sorry, didn't realise you were talking about supplements for building muscle or losing weight, just ignore me. ;)

    Whey protein here too. I cannot eat all the protein I should on weekdays.
