From my understanding belly fat is some of the hardest to lose, i just had a baby 15 weeks ago and i just started by doing 8 minute abs everynight, cutting out a lot of bad food and drinking a ton of water. I also try to do cardio as much as i can! I still have a pouch at the bottom of my belly that is very slowly coming off

I'm not convinced everyone could or should have a flat tummy. I can remember even back in high school when I was 5' 5'' and weighed only 112 my tummy was never flat. I've always had a little bit of a belly no matter what I did. Since I've been doing Zumba I can feel my ab muscles are much firmer, and as I've lost weight in general it's naturally flatter, but there is still the little belly pooch. Perhaps if I really focused on it and did mega crunches and lifts a day it would eventually flatten, but I really doubt it.

I don't know how far you have come in getting your tummy defined, but women who have had kids are usually not the same in that area afterwards. Your muscles there get torn in that area from your stomach getting big for the baby. Most women post kids have just a little from that no matter how much they work on it. Just do your best to get as defined as possible and if the rest of your body looks and feels good, I am sure your stomach/tummy will also.
