Hmmm... I think everyone has one of those thresholds that are difficult to get past, and then once you break that number you're off and running again. For me, it's the 195-205 range, and I'm struggling through that right now (1.4 pounds 'til I beat it!)

I would try reducing your sodium as much as possible and upping your water intake to see if that flushes some of the weight out.

best advice is can give you is only weigh once a week.....its only frustrating if you do any more than that. i would say maybe start measuring your food and taking your own lunch. i measure EVERYTHING!! and you can look up calorie/calories/fat before you eat it. does the day care work for provide a menu in advance? you have a huge group of friends here that will be your biggest fans...hang in there!!

Just keep sticking with it throughout your frustration. I can sympathize; I've stayed within my 1200 calorie goal and added excercise to my daily routine. I was losing steadily until this morning when I had gained 1.5 pounds back. I'm also frustrated because I don't even have the luxury of a bag of Dorito's or a Snicker's bar to blame for my regress. BUT, if you let it get you down you'll be worse off than just losing the occasional 5lb battle. Keep working and you'll win more battles than you lose, and ultimately win the war!!!

Drink lots of water! I started doing that a couple weeks ago. I drink around 96 ounces a day and I've lost way more weight than when I was only drink the recommended 8 glasses.
Watch your sodium, though the water will help with that.
I'm like you, I can't help but weigh in everyday, but it is frustrating when those dang numbers get higher.
