I do a 60 minute group class which includes various strength exercises. It is called body pump. Anybody figured out a way to count that exercise?

Really the only way to know how many calories you burn during any physical activity is to get a body bug or a heart rate monitor. Many people (including me) find that MFP is inaccurate when telling you how many calories you burn during exercise. I actually burn way more than what MFP tells me. I highly suggest a Polar HRM. It was the best investment for me.

I use Circuit Training for that type of workout.

I'm a fitness instructor and track mine by logging it as circut training or kickboxing. :)

I also do Body Pump and decided to get a heart rate monitor to track my cal burned. Than I created Body Pump for my personal workouts. I use the HRM for everything. I even list my weight circuit as a whole and just put in the total time and cal burned. On a side note and good HRM will keep you honest about whether or not you could have gone up on weights or gave it your all.
