Hi Everyone,
I am new to this site. Looking forward to keeping track of my food intake as well as exercise. I have actually been working hard since January 1, 2011, and have lost 30lbs so far. Need to lose another 20lbs. I seem to struggle with these last 20lbs. I would like to lose about 1 1/2 lbs to 2 lbs per week but struggling. Hope this site will keep me honest about what my food intake is and how many calories I am actually taking in a daily basis.
