HELP: it's only 3 PM, and ate most of calories!

No reason why you can't get in another exercise session and eat a big salad for dinner...0

That happens to me sometimes...like TODAY. My breakfast alone was a little over 1000 calories so I only have a few more hundred for the rest of the day. I usually just eat a low calorie healthy choice, lean cuisine, or smart ones TV dinner for dinner and some of those come in around 220 calories and it helps me from being hungry for the night. It's also ok to go over your calorie goal by 100-200 calories. It's a target, not a ceiling. So some days we'll be under and some days we'll be over. No worries.0
