Hi, My name is Lindsey and I have been on the healthy eating and workout bandwagon for the last 3 months or so. I have just started to weigh myself and so far have lost 10 pounds (in 2 weeks) so I am excited to see the scale keep going down.
I have been married for 6 years and have 2 pugs and 2 cats. I live in Spokane WA and am a Behavior Specialist in a High School for speical needs students with behavior disorders.
I have a lot of support and encouragement from my friends and family but am always looking for people who are going through the same things as I am.
I have about 100 pounds to lose (give or take a few) I am 5'10 and would LOVE to be back at 150 but I don't think that is going to happen, so I will settle for between 160 and 170.
I am not doing this just for myself but also for my future children that I hope to have once I am back in a healthy weight range.
My profile doesn't have pictures yet but I promise to post soon. I also keep a blog of my food intake (to keep me accountable)
www.healthylivingonedayatatime.blogspot.com where I post my recipes, daily intake and weekly pictures (But I am a little behind)
Thank in advance and I look forward to sharing my accomplishments and excitement with others!

Welcome to MFP. Feel free to add me as a friend. I also not new to weightloss, having so far lost 36 (I just joined MFP last week though). I have just over 40 lbs to go to reach my goal. The more friends and encouragement we have, the better I think we'll all do.0
