Tuna Patty & Corn on the Cob <500 Calories (pics)

This lunch filled me up well and provided my snackage in the afternoon too!
1 Recession Proof Tuna Patty (Recipe linked below)
2 Small Romaine Lettuce Leaves
1/8 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
2 tsp Light Ranch Dressing
1/2 Anjou Pear, Sliced
1/2 Medium Ear of Corn, cooked
1 Deli-Slice Cheddar Cheese (I did not use light/fatfree but you can!)
1 Slice 12 Grain Bread
1/4 Chocolate Crisps 100 Calorie Pack (Optional!)
I loved this recipe posted by icandoityesican for the tuna patties. My ingredients varied a little according to what I had on hand but I made a batch of them and froze them for use in lunches like this. Delicious!

To lower the calories if that much concerns you...no cookies, trade the bread for more veggies like broccoli, carrots or more bell peppers.....forgo the ranch dressing.....use light cheese.
