Logging 30 day shred

Options
I don't know what to log 30 day shred as. I've been breaking it up as 9 min strength training, 3 min vigorous sit ups, 6 min aerobic general.

What do you log it as?

Before I got a HRM, I would log it under 'circuit training, general'

I create an exercise for it. For level 1, I log that I burn about 180 calories each workout. I haven't moved on to level 2 or 3 yet, but I will create a new exercise for each level workout.

I find that the exercises in MFP over estimate the calories burned sometimes, so I choose to be a little bit more in control of what gets logged. I figure I would rather log too little exercise calories than too many.

    Best of luck!

I've been logging it as Circuit training, general. That is what it is.. btw that is an awesome workout, but I can't do it everyday with my 5 mile jogs, it kills my calves so I am doing it every other day. Hope it still works for me.

It is good, it hurts!! lol

If I log it as what I do, it gives me 159 calories, if I log it as circuit training, it gives me 299!!

This is why I am worried because I don't want to log it as more and eat more and then not lose the weight.

    eek! :s

I think the calories calculated is according to your weight... it gives me 209 for circuit training. It also depends on if you log it as 20 minutes or 30 minutes... Jillian says its a 20 minute workout but between warmup and cooldown you are still burning calories.
