Fruit sugar and diabetes question

I have my food diary set up where it tracks calories, fat, carbs, fiber, sugar, and protein. It has my daily sugar goal of being under 24g. Today's sugar count is already close to 100, but I've eaten a lot of fruit today (as I tend to most days), so there's not very much added sugar. I am just wondering if I should eat less fruit due to the amount of sugar, or if it's ok since it's not added/processed sugar. BTW, fruit I are today: freeze dried pack of strawberries and bananas- 45 calories and 6g sugar, freeze dried pack of pineapple- 60 calories and 11g sugar, 1/2 cup dried apples- 110 calories and 21g sugar, pack of buddy fruits pure fruit bites pomegranite acai (sooooo good!) 95 calories and 23g sugar, 1 cup blackberries 62 calories and 7g sugar...so that's 372 calories and 68g sugar! I also read all the labels and none of this has any added sugar or sweetener of any kind. I usually eat a lot of fruit, so is this ok? I try to eat at least 2-3 servings vegetables too, but the past few days have been a little crazy and I haven't been to make it to the store to buy some. Also, diabetes runs in my family (only my dad's side) a lot and I try to watch my sugar intake and exercise because I really don't want to get it. My dad, aunt, uncle, and grandma have it, plus a few cousins :frown: Does eating a lot of fruit have any effect on getting diabetes? I'm not pre-diabetic or anything, just a bit paranoid...Thanks everyone!

It is possible to eat too much fruit. Google it. You just have to know your body. For me, I have to limit fruits to see any progress.
