Starting a new 9 week plan...anyone interested?

The program works really well
I did my first week 7 run last night, 7 weeks ago I couldnt run and last night I did 25 minutes straight. I was so happy when I stopped - extremely sweaty but very proud :happy:

Day 1 went well! I was able to complete it without too much trouble. I need to stay focused on the present though. I look ahead at the coming weeks and think there is no way I'm going to be able to do this!

Did Day 2 Week 1. This time outside cause the sun was out in Vancouver (yay). Ran down around Stanley Park, fresh air, people happy. It's still pretty hard. Also my arms were chaffing cuz they were rubbing against each other... this did not make it fun... it made me think really poor thoughts about myself ... but all in all I did it! Day 2 Week 1. One more and I'm off to Week 2. Eek! so scared.:embarassed:0
