    It's all about the smooth PB. Chunky has great gobs of PEANUTS in it. Peanuts are disgusting. Only peanut butter is yummy.

    Fine no jelly, then do yourself a favor and get yourself these three things. Some CHUNKY peanut butter, a banana, and two slices of whole wheat bread. Eat that after a workout and you'll be thanking me later.
