Hey all I am new here and I figured I would give this a shot to help me get back into better shape. Oh how I miss the days of playing multiple sports at once that forced me to stay in shape lol. Anyways I have tried writing my food down in the past, but this seems to be better because the calories are already figured in and I have a goal.
I hope all is well and I hope this does help me.
