I observe that following things are must in order to reduce weight and look attractive

1. Exercise is must

2; Timing of eating the food like eat before 8 pm maximum

3. Devote exclusive time of food and avoid watching tv and attending mobile during eating foods

4. dont look for short cut and take crash diet

5. drink water a lot
