I've fallen in love with Nature Valley granola thins with dark chocolate on the bottom. They're perfect for quelling my sweet tooth and I love mixing them into my yogurt in the morning. Speaking of yogurt, if you don't already eat it, I can't suggest Chobani strawberry and banana highly enough.

Almonds, walnuts, greek yogurt, lots of veggies, fruit, sugar free jello pudding, almond milk, ww string cheese, lunabars. I also eat eggs and egg whites every morning. These are a few of my favorites:happy:

My favorite new snack, that kept me so full I almost didn't want lunch (almos) - I mashed up an avocado and mixed in pico de gallo you can buy in the deli section @ walmart - spooned it into turkey slices (low sodium, roasted is what I did - 6 slices for 50 calories) and rolled it up and ate it - lots of protein. I'm not kidding that I was SUPER full! A half cup of the avocado (guacamole type) mixture is about 125 calories, and, as I said 6 turkey slices for 50 calories! Awesome! Plus avocados just freaking rock everywhere else too! :)

I've found that Vita tops are a good start to the morning. I exercise before eating a full breakfast. They are 100 calories and really a good size for that. 20 seconds in the microwave and you have a jump start to your day.

    Other things I buy regularly

quaker mini rice cakes (carmel is my fav so far)
    laughing cow cheese
kraft big slice 2% swiss cheese(great on sandwiches and only 70 calories per slice)
weight watchers whole wheat bread. 2 slices 70 calories
pork loin (you can do a lot with this for few calories)
ground turkey-this is a MUST have for me

I have alot of favorites. I have started eating the Oscar Mayer Cracker Combos that have the calories printed on the outside. Like I have one that I am going to eat for lunch and its only 270 calories and it is good. I love eating Fuji apples with peanut butter. I do alot of baked or broiled Tilapia fish. I love POPCORN! I can eat that for breakfast lunch and dinner but I know that I won't. I like the Special K Vanilla Almond cereal with skim milk. Rainbow Sherbet ice cream, all kind of fruits. I just started back drinking coffee but I use Splenda instead of regular sugar. I eat Turkey burgers on wheat buns as well as grilled chicken breat sandwiches and use light mayo. If you enjoy pickles, eat those, they have no calories in them. I like to crunch the Nut and Oat granola bars up in my cereal with either a banana or without one.

I love those carmel quaker mini rice cakes to. That 2% cheese are awesome on a sandwich. There is a new wheat bread that is called Smart Balance where it is only 50 calories per slice and it does not cost that much. I have switched to those. And oh yeah, TURKEY meat is a must and plus. There is is veggin ground crumbles that is called Morning Glory or something, I tried it when my church was fasting from meat and it was actually good. I made a taco salad with it and I promise you, I don't want to use no other meat but that one. Give that a try.
