Logging insanity exercise

I haven't started 'Insanity' yet, still waiting for it to come in the post - I live in Australia, so it's taking a while!!! But when I do start, do I just enter the amount of calories burned in the exercise tab - I'm planning on using a heart monitor watch thingy, so it will tell me how many I've burned?

I'm assuming that I will have to 'up' my protein intake. Do I need to 'up' my calorie intake aswell? I've lost 47lbs, I don't want to start putting it all back on! I thought it would just be a case popping on a couple of dvd's and try and keep up with the pace!! I'm starting to get really confused the more I read on here!!!

I thought I was pretty clued up on fitness/nutrition/exercise, but I seem to be learning more and more each day when I log onto MFP!!!! I've realised that I still have loads to learn!!!
