Hello Fellow Fitness Pal's
Today is Saturday May 14th. I'm on day 6 of my diet. The first few days are good and exciting because of the possibility of improving yourself. Than comes the hard part--- actually sticking to it!!
My first weigh in was 174 pounds.
My goal is to reach 150.
I'm really hoping I can stick to it.
Side Note: Damn America and the pressure to be thin. Never in my life have I thought I was thin. Even at my thinnest I didn't think I was because society raises us and we have so much influence in the media that tells us only a size 0 is thin.
Let us not forget to love ourselves and all of ourselves. We don't need to be a size 0, we need to be healthy!!
Good luck on keeping up with your health!

I feel your pain. Society seems to demand we be the perfect size 0. Even when I was small (what I now see as small) I was teased for being "fat". WTF!
Sticking to it is always the difficult part, but will be rewarding in the end
Good luck!!0 -
15 pounds is nothing - drink lots of water and you will shed 5 pounds in a week staying under calorie - then 3 more weeks of training and dropping fries, white bread, white pasta, coke, alcohol and you are there - 30 days ? tell yourself, if you cant over come a 30 day challenge what is it that you can achieve in life - some pain and sacrifice is good for your soul - detach decide and just do it0
