Hello guys my name in Nichola,
I just joined just saw this as an app on my phone! its pretty cool! I am trying to lose weight- I am currently 168lbs and i would like to be 126lbs which is what i used to be. So overall i want to lose roughly 3 stones!
i would love any tips/advice anyone has! the main thing for me is motivation.. I will sit here and say 'tomorrow i will go to the gym for an hour' and when tomorrow comes I will make up every excuse i can think of to not go! I am getting better at it but its still a problem!
I like going to classes at the gym such as Zumba, aqua aerobics etc. Dont really like using the actual gym! I love love love food- maybe so much so its an obsession for me! i have my meals planned out from the day i wake up and my mind will constantly be on food! i have started to slowly cut my portion sizes down to help as i find if i have food even if im full i have to eat everything on the plate as i hate wasting food!
Anyways thats about my weight/excercise etc. I am a kind but rather shy at times person. I enjoy shopping, going away, holidays, movies - i enjoy most activities really! I live with my mum an 2 brothers, work full time. I dont have that many friends but would love to meet new friendly people!

Hi Nichola~ We sound like the same when it comes to food. I love food. I have to eat. I am constantly snacking and I don't think about what I should eat I just eat what sounds good. I've tried many different things to help and its hard. I find eating almonds and drinking lots of water to help and doing puzzles to keep me busy so I'm not thinking of food. Good luck on your journey and hope it goes the way you want to.0
