Hi I have been useing mfp for a little over a week now and love it! I am a mother of 2 and love to be outdoors! I am trying to lose my baby weight, she is 9 months now and I am way over weight...... It just stayed on from the first one! I have been walking tons, and just started the JM 30 shed video! If anyone knows how to enter that video in the excersise area correctly please help! Anyway I am keeping track of everything really well but I am seem to not lose any weight unless I go over my calories or get really close to them? I am at a loss here..... I do not totally understand the whole calorie thing anyway!

hi welcome and gd luck, ive done the 30 day shred and have lost inches, done a ton of walking to and lost 9lb's but im happier with the inch loss, just keep going, put my shred under circuit training and then i somehow named it shred but i cant remember exactly how lol0
