Hello everyone! I am a 29 (30 next month) year old woman who just moved to Louisville in March. I have struggled through a bad childhood and even worse relationships, eating my way through the pain. I have recently realized that the stress of hating my weight could have easily been taken care of a long time ago, but I kept giving up. I was chunky growing up. When I was in high school, I was 130, but thought I was huge. After having my son, I balooned up to 210. Over the next ten years, two bad relationships, and the birth of my daughter, I got up to 290. I made excuses as to why I couldn't eat right, or why I couldn't exercise. A few weeks ago, I noticed I was getting close to 300. I was not going to let that happen. So, I made a plan. I'm eating 1600 calories, and trying to get in any exercise I can. I've gone down to 271, and I'm still going. My goal is to be around 160. I want to be thick...not thin. I want to be healthy, not Skeletor.

This is my journey. This is my long and winding road! :)
