I have three young boys... I need fast healthy recipes and snack ideas

    My most common snacks:

    Almonds
    Pistachios
    Hard-boiled eggs/egg salad
    Baby carrots with hummus
    No salt added cottage cheese
    Greek Yogurt

    For them or for you? Fruit (dried apricots, apples, orange slices), peanut butter, trail mix are a few I go to.

    Avocado slices
    Guacamole with veggies
    Celery and peanut butter
    Pears and almond or cashew butter
    Banana and pb (cut lengthwise to make a sandwich or cut in coins to scoop/dip)
    Melon balls
    Edamame
    Sugar snap peas (go well with hummus, too)

    part skim/ reduced sodium string cheese
    no sugar added motts applesauce
    nutella/mini banana
    almonds and dried fruit

    I always try to have fruit and veggies cut up in the fridge that way it's always ready to go so I don't have an excuse to grab something less healthy plus then my son will grab it as well. And I always try to have a bag of trailmix around.
