I'm Kyla and I am new to this myfitnesspal thing. I am hoping that it really works for me because I have tried doing it on my own and its great for a couple of days but then my heart isn't in it anymore. My hope with myfitnesspal is that it will keep me motivated, because at 172 pounds (and climbing), I need to lose the weight and get healthy!

You may add me as a friend on here if you would like and if you have any tips you would like to share please do! I'm always open to new things!

    Welcome! I know how it is when you don't have the right motivation. I don't know how many times I have been on and off diets. You just can't ever give up. If you fall off your diet you gotta just get right back on and never stop because eventually you will lose the weight. Nothing is impossible!
