    Liked your topic. Welcome and good luck. I don't get on the site often anymore, but it really helps me to see where I am spending calories - like the time I decided to "snack" for dinner and ended up eating 800+ calories!

    I have been taking it very slow, I think that is best for me. Again, good luck!
