:smile: Hi guys! Fairly new here the only thing iv got to grips with is food tracker and even that I can't maintain! In my first week! Oh deary me! Not usually one to talk to people or get involved with people on things such as this and usually attempt at going alone! Maybe that's the problem! So anyone who fancies a friend feel free to add me. Then at least I can say I've properly experienced this! Much love and respect to all those doing so well! :)

    I would have a hard time doing it on my own. (I tried... and it didn't work)

    I think keeping your food journal is essential to being successful at weigh loss, you have to be able to see the big picture. Every bite counts and sometimes we forget this and tend to have an extra bite here and there when preparing lunch/dinner or whatever so tracking is important. I sent you a friend request and would be happy to give support and encouragement anytime.
