It's tough being a food addict and trying to lose weight without support from friends who know what you're going through... I guess I'm just looking for some extra motivation and support from anyone who has some to spare... Thanks. :flowerforyou:

Hi,
I just joined up today and your post "spoke" to me; especially the part about not having support. I have friends/family who attempt to encourage me, but it's not the same as having someone who understands because they're trying to go through it, too.
If you're interested in buddy-ing up I'd hope to help motivate/support you while you motivate/support me.

Me too! I have recently started at the gym. 17 days going strong and I am feeling better than ever! Its actually become something I enjoy. I hope I can keep this up! Just remember! No pain no gain! What are you doing to lose weight? I need advice too We can encourage one another0
