Hello,
I jogged in my first 5k last Sunday and decided that it's something I want to do again, but I want to do better.
I've been slacking in the "taking-care-of-me" department for years and I'm tired of being unable to wear 95% of what's in my closet or hating what I do wear because I hate how it looks. Yup I know too many negatives so I'm hoping to start turning them into positives.
I'm starting P90X today and have customized my calorie/nutrition page to reflect the numbers that the book gave me. I told my husband and daughter that I need 90days to get this up and going and to support me, but I also need support to come from like-minded/goal-oriented people. So here I am.

hi .
i am very happy and proud of you makeing this life changing decision. It starts with the making a decision first of all and planing and smth very important : being consistent with your decision. Remeber that in the dificult moments that you going to face in the jorney. Never forget that negativ thinking will bring negative behavior and in turn will destroy what you build up. Saying that it does not mean that you will not feel down , but the way you get up is most important . stop being a perfectionist all or nothing .(0
