Okay, I have been dieting since I have been 15...and have tried everything in the book!!! I recently have discovered a new light, although I have always been confident in the way I look recently everything that could possibly go wrong in my life has and it is time for a change and time for a new me. I want to be happy all the time...like I was a few years ago. I am still young (21) so I know I need to do this now!!! I am starting my senior year next year and hope to get my playing time for my sport and also look fabulous and feel fabulous. I have looked through a bunch of diets and have modified one that I think will show the most. Let me know what you think :]
I am starting a non-fat diet....not calorie counting...however, I am not going to be eating high calorie foods....foods that my diet will include are jello, non-fat pudding (only 100 cal and amazing....if you havnt tried the temptations I suggest doing so!!!), most fruits, most veggies... I understand that our body needs fat to survive so I am taking the maximum dose of Omega 3 fat :] which is actually the best fat for you and lean meats will have some fat in them also which I plan on adding to my diet... mostly fish which has less than 1. I am also taking a multi complete vitamin daily... I am consuming 8-10 glasses of water a day.
right now I am working my way up to exercise...I can run about a 8 min mile...I am planing on running/walking at least a hour a day...if I have more time I will do more. I need a workout that is directed towards mid section....my legs are almost pure muscle from volleyball its the stomach and upper body I want to lose....If anyone has a suggestion I would love to hear it!
Like I said I am new to this website so I am also looking for some motivation and supportive friends.....I need someone who will be able to help me stay strong when I feel like quiting!
