Goal to be at 200 pounds lost

MY goal is to be at 200 lbs. lost by the end of May. It would be 200 in 17 months. It is a strech goal as it would require me to lose 12 lbs. in 16 days. I am in need of more friends for motivation.

wow almost 200 pounds! thats amazing.. just workout everyday and do a lot of cardio. my friend would burn off more than she would eat in a day and she lost a pound a day!!
