I never thought I was eating much but having to log everything on here has made me realise that actually I am and I'll never lose weight eating the odd biscuit, bag of crisps or drinking Ribena.

Most people don't realize how much sodium is in everything. You really notice it when you log in everything,

Thats exactly how it was for me at first also. I couldn't believe how many calories even small portions of some of the stuff I was snacking on really had. Then when I first saw an actual PORTION size of meat... lets just say it opened my eyes as well. I am finally starting to search and find healthy alternatives that I can eat more of so I am full and feel like I just ate a ton, but didn't take in a lot of calories. Like double servings of vegetables or unlimited lettuce & tomato w/ fat free dressing.

As long as you have sodium selected as one of the nutrients to display!

Actually... how do you display nutrients used in a day? I can see them on my mobile but not my laptop. Hmm.

I wish I knew how much I ate before MFP, I'll never really know because of heizenberg's principle.

Also go to settings to show whatever you want to track like fat, sodium, sugar, etc.

I'm in love with the nutrient report. It's very eye opening. Welcome :)
