Low carb high protein crepes!

Here is a reciepe for high protein crepes. Im not sure about the measurements but they should be like thin pancake consistency.
For 4-6 crepes:
One whole egg plus 1 white, or 3 egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla or plain almond or soy milk, or cow milk
I scoop protein powder, unsweetened
mix it together, heat a tephlon pan with a teeny bit of coconut oil (other oils burn and dont taste as good with the crepe)
roll the pan around to coat it
pour in a little mix, then roll the pan around to cover the bottom. Should be a very thin layer you have to really turn it to coat everything.
use a plastic knife to lift the edges when its cooked and flip it.
You can top it with oregano (I LOVE zaatar, its a Lebanese thyme oregano mix that is so unique and tasty) and olive oil, or if you like sweet top it with fruit, honey, and yogurt. Enjoy!
