I have been eyeing up this site for about a month now and decided to take the plunge today. I quit WeightWatchers over a year ago and decided to invest my money in a gym membership. I have been working out regularly and more fit than ever but the weight has barely moved. So I know now I need to change my diet and I hope this site will help me. I have a serious sugar addiction I need to kick to the curb.:tongue:
