Hello everyone! I've been doing Weight Watchers since December, and am down 37 pounds so far. A good friend of mine convinced me to join this site. I will try both methods together and then decide if I can drop WW. I don't get much out of the meetings, but I love having to go somewhere to weigh-in.
Just started actively exercising about 2 months ago and have grown to love jogging, which I never believed would happen! I tried my first Spinning class today and am absolutely hooked already. Can't wait to go again Monday!

Awesome, I am also a Newbee, Tried them all and the year 2009 I joined a gym, started eating right... and lost 70 pounds. It's been a journey but the last 20 or so pounds are tough coming off so I started tracking my calories on my phone app and already lost... It's so simple and easy and only takes seconds... I track my exercise too and I increase my calories totals throughout the day.. Cool..0
