Hello,
I was at the mall and so the only thing that looked good and still lower in calories was this mongolian grill place. So I filled up my bowl with vegitables, baby corns, tomatoes, celery, cabbage and some other stuff. But then he poured a little of this other stuff on top of it, but I told him to oils. I think it was just soy souce and lemon juice. Most stayed in container anyway and I tosses that. He through in some noodles also, but I didn't really touch but a couple of those anyway.
So I am trying to figure out if I was really good or not. How many calories do you think would be in about a cup of this stuff? Anybody got any ideas?
I will take guesses.
I think I ate like a cup and a half.
Any ideas appreciated.
SM

Actually it would have been better if they would have left the soy souce of it. But the tomatoes were really good. I like hot tomatoes.

Go to gomongo.com and you can create your own bowl and it'll tell you how many calories are in it...

It's my favorite place to eat, so I make my bowl online, figure out what I am going to eat before I get there. Then I fill my bowl, eat half for lunch there and the other half for dinner and it is amazing!

I have been wondering that too, but I have stayed away. I am kinda scared to see the sodium content :frown:
