Where For Art Thou Appetite?

I'm trying to eat dinner. I've got 700 calories to scarf down tonight (before exercise). And almost done with my salad. I've still got shrimpies, blueberries, Chobani, sugar-free jello and an organic granola bar to choose from.
I want nothing.
I'm not hungry.
UGH!
Anyone having issues keeping their appetite? Mine comes and goes so much I either go 04928547350298357230958 over my calories or barely make the 800 mark.

Appetite is not a problem for me at all...trying to keep from feeling hungry all the time is my problem!

    I know how you feel

I sometimes cant be bothered eating, so I end up reaching for the peanut butter just to get the calories up.

    lol

I never seem to be hungry enough on my training days and struggle to get my calories in... on my off days, I can't stop eating! My stomach is retarded!

I'm in the same boat. This week I've been going over my calories but 2 weeks ago, I could barely make the 1200 because I forced myself. The more consistent I am with working out, the less I want to eat. It's weird.

I have that same problem. I rarely make my calories. I can't make myself eat anymore once I'm not hungry, I will throw up.
I have a really sensitive stomach. You could try and drink your calories. Maybe make a nice smoothie?

I'm having that exact problem today and in my cast I believe it is due to stress. I hope you figured it out!

I peanut butter every morning for breakfast so I can have a high-cal meal. I try to follow the King-Prince-Pauper or Prince-King-Pauper meal plan but yeah...I'm failing, LoL

    Nothing sounds appetizing. :-(
I'm going to put my blueberries in a baggy and carry them around work with me and toss in some almonds I have in a drawer at the front. I get hungry every few hours but if I don't eat *right* then, it goes away then I want nothing to do with food all over again, LoL. It's annoying sometimes!

That's my problem! The more I exercise the less hungry I feel. It's really backwards.

Yes, I have that problem too... And I'd get so nervous when I ate more than half my calories before dinner time... However, I have found that if I spread out the calories, I don't have to worry when night comes around. First off, I'm not starving, and if I am hungry, I can eat a few shrimp or one of those low cal jellos you mentioned. Try incorporating nuts throughout the day. Nuts are supposed to help you lose weight! I know I need the calories, but I hate feeling full, since it makes me feel like I'm getting heavy again... so the nuts help me a lot.
