Im doing Tough Mudder

I just registered for the Nor Cal 2011 Tough Mudder. We have a team of 20 people from my gym and Im excited to be a part of this. Has any one out there done this before? Any advice?

Good for you!! It's an incredible challenge. I did the PA one on April 9th. My advice is bring water and fuel with you. It took us over 5 hours to finish and we were hungry and cramping and dehydrated. Other than that just have fun and know you can finish. It's as much mental as physical.0
