That sums up my eating pattern for the last 2 days...today was MUCH worse than yesterday! I haven't even been drinking my water...:noway: Grrrrrr!!! So, I'm kicking myself in the *kitten*....feel free to add a whap! I need it!

I went to a buffet at one of the local Indian Casinos today...OMG! It is one of the best in this area!
I tried to stay with low cal stuff like fruits, shrimp, sushi...ect! But I did have so NO NO stuff!
I went for an extra long run tonight! :happy:
So don't beat up on yourself tomorrow is a new day! :bigsmile:

Oh man,last week i was like that! Just couldn't stay within my calorie limit for the life of me I finally just said the hell with it (had a busy week last week,my husband started a new job..i had an interview...blah,blah,blah ) and told myself that i was gonna start back fresh on saturday...i still logged everything last week(didn't want to gain weight) but i was nice to just free my mind a bit!
So don't beat youself up about it....it happens and here...i will give you a 'little' nudge in the mean time0 -
