I spent 2 hours (unexpectedly) sorting food collected by the National Letter Carriers Association Food drive this afternoon but didn't have my HRM as I was only expecting to pick up my daughter. Any idea how I can log that? It was more standing, sorting, bending and squatting than walking.

Due to my activity being set to sedentary, I do need to log this even though it wasn't very active. It was however way out of my normal activity range as of late.

Even if I'm not trying to eat back the calories, I use this exercise log to track my progress towards becoming non-sedentary and also to monitor how activity affects my spinal issues.

Any advise would be welcomed.
If it's any consequence, I'm 43, F and 6'1" and currently weight about 176lbs.
Thanks!

You might try "Moving household items, carrying boxes". There's also "Gardening, general". Gardening usually requires some bending and squatting.

The gardening sounds good but I'm not sure I was that active (cardio wise). I know the numbers on here for exercises are really high too (in most cases but some I've found low compared to my HRM). Do you think I should pick a calorie value based on my previous exercises for the heart rate I think I averaged? I think that would be safer than using the default calculations.
