Courage and inspiring people

I think it might be a good motivation to reflect on people who we have seen that have been courageous.
I am not the a depressed person, that's just not me, but this one day about 2yrs ago I was at the gym. Felt loss and hopeless, wondering if things where ever going to work out for me, as I watched my sweat drop on the floor drop by drop in the same spot. I felt at my wits ends, about to give up my workout, because my leg was hurting like hell. As I look up, I see this guy who seems happy, he was in a wheel chair rolling right past me. I was grateful I have legs that I can use.

wow. that's beautiful.
it is always good to be positive and be grateful for what we have. there are others out there who are in worse situations than us, yet they kept on living with the glass half full.
This is a good video to keep the motivation coming http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8ZuKF3dxCY0 -
